Artificial Intelligence is quickly becoming a leadership issue, not just a technical one. This interactive online series is designed for non-technical executives, senior leaders and decision-makers who need to understand how to prepare their organisation, people and systems for AI adoption.
The program is designed to help leaders move from uncertainty and broad interest to practical readiness, strategic confidence and informed action. Participants will explore what AI readiness looks like in practice, where the real organisational risks and opportunities sit, and how to lead implementation in a way that is ethical, manageable and commercially sound.
AI is already changing how organisations operate, make decisions and allocate resources. Leaders who understand how to prepare for AI adoption will be better positioned to manage risk, protect margins, support staff through change, and identify where AI can create real value.
This series is built specifically for leaders, not technical specialists. It focuses on what executives need to know to make sound decisions, ask better questions, and lead their teams through a rapidly changing environment. Participants will leave with practical frameworks, clearer priorities and greater confidence in how to approach AI in their own organisation.
The training provided is platform agnostic, improving your leadership capability across any AI platform or system. Sessions will be recorded, and session summaries will be provided to all registered delegates.
Session 1 | The AI Leadership Mindset
What good AI leadership looks like — and what most leaders are doing instead. The Control-to-Capability Shift: the single reframe that changes how you lead through the AI transition. Build your personal AI Leadership Self-Assessment.
Session 2 | Seeing AI in Your Team
How to assess your team's current AI capability honestly — and what to do about the gaps. Map where AI is already being used, where it should be, and what is missing. Build your AI Capability Map.
Session 3 | Leading Through the Messy Middle
The adoption curve is not linear. This session addresses the resistance, inconsistency, and anxiety that appear in the middle of any AI transition — and how leaders navigate it without either forcing compliance or losing momentum. Build your Adoption Playbook.
Session 4 | Governance and the AI Use Policy
When your team, clients, or organisation asks how AI is being used in your work, you need a documented answer. Build a practical AI Use Policy drafted around your actual role and organisational context — not a generic template. Session 4 runs 2 hours.
Session 5 | Your 90-Day AI Leadership Plan (Follow-Up)
Held two weeks after Session 4. Participants return with their 90-Day AI Leadership Plan — the first structured move in their AI leadership practice. Group review, peer input, and facilitated refinement. This session will run for 1 hour.
Between sessions coaching
A 15-minute one-on-one coaching call with Bruce Ross is included each week between sessions. Three coaching calls across the program which is included in the registration fee.
