Webinar | Mentoring Skills 102 - Finishing strong in your mentoring partnership

A strong mentoring partnership doesn't end with the final meeting; it creates the foundation for future growth

Following on from our highly successful webinar on Mentoring skills 101 earlier this year with Nicole Chambers, join us for the second iteration, where Nicole will deliver an interactive online session designed to help you reflect on your current or future mentoring partnerships, celebrate your achievements, and plan your next steps. Together we'll discuss how to revisit your original goals, explore stretch opportunities that may still be within reach, and identify practical ways to continue building your mentoring relationship.

Key takeaways:

  • Reflect on your mentoring progress and achievements
  • Identify new opportunities for growth
  • Strengthen your professional network
  • Create a practical plan for continued development

Whether you're currently a mentor or mentee, or considering mentoring in the future, this session will help you finish a mentoring partnership with confidence and momentum.

Who should attend:

  • Environmental professionals in informal or formal mentoring partnerships
  • Participants in EIANZ mentoring programs (mentors and mentees)
  • Anyone wanting to strengthen their mentoring approach and get more value from the relationship
