EIANZ's Central Office is responsible for the day to day administration and operation of the Institute as well as providing administrative support to the Board and Advisory Council. Central Office is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm AEST.

The EIANZ Central Office will be closed from 5:00pm Friday, 21 December until 9:00am Monday, 7 January 2019 AEDT. We wish all our members a happy and safe summer holiday and look forward to serving you in the new year.

Samantha supports the EIANZ Board to fulfil its strategic and governance responsibilities and manages the resources and day-to-day operations of the Institute.

Institute Support Coordinator | Narelle Mewburn (Mon-Thurs)
Narelle manages conferences and events within the Institute as well as administrative support to the Divisions, Chapters and Advisory Council. Narelle provides membership and operational support for Central Office and organises travel for Board and Advisory Council members.

Communications Coordinator | Vacant
This person is responsible for coordinating the weekly Institute newsletter as well as divisional newsletters, news items, website management and social media. They also provides in-house graphic design for marketing collateral across the Institute.

Corporate Services Officer | Vacant

This person is responsible for the Institutes financial affairs. They work closely with the Treasurer and the Executive Office to set budgets, pay all invoices, do payroll, bank reconciliation amongst a host of other duties. They are the primary contact for the audit which is performed each year and the contact with our banks.

Professional Development Officer | Dannielle Graham (Wed-Fri)
Dannielle is responsible for implementing the much-anticipated early-career training program: EIANZ Steps.

Membership Officer | Jennie McClements (Wed-Thurs)
Jennie provides support in the membership processes, including new applications, group memberships, renewals, maintaining and updating accurate membership records in the database and monthly reporting. Jennie also assists with general administration duties, including phoning members, answering calls and responding to email enquiries.

If you consider that a member has breached the Code, or otherwise failed to adhere to the EIANZ Rules of Association, you can lodge a complaint against the member here.
