Special interest sections (SIS) are Institute-wide groups that bring together members with a shared area of interest. SISs are open to all members and work towards improving environmental practice through information sharing, development of guidance documents and other tools, seminars, workshops and activities.
Special Interest Sections generally focus on emerging opportunities or issues that require dedicated focus over a period of time rather than ongoing committee business.
The Institute currently has the following Special Interest Sections:
