Event cancellation policy
Unless otherwise stated the following standard cancellation policy applies to all EIANZ event registrations.
- Notification of cancellation must be provided to EIANZ Central Office by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +613 8593 4140
- Full refunds will be given for any cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the event
- Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event.

Membership Refund Policy
Approved by Council 20-21 September 2006
- If a member resigns, as a matter of policy the Institute is not liable to repay any membership fee, whether in whole or in part. Any repayment of membership fee the Institute may choose to make is an ex-gratia payment.
- Where a payment is made to the Institute in error, the Institute will refund the payment in full.
- Where an applicant for membership pays a membership fee and application fee in advance, but the membership application is not approved, the Institute will refund the membership fee but will retain the application fee.
