IS THIS YOU?
We are looking for an ecologist or molecular geneticist who has experience bringing their skills to industry. You love delivering scientific services, get a buzz out of innovation, and feel right at home managing the delivery of projects and building relationships with clients.
Whoever you are, if this role description gets you excited, we are equally excited to hear from you!
WHO WOULD YOU BE WORKING WITH
For nearly 5 years we have been EnviroDNA – Australia’s first dedicated provider of environmental DNA (eDNA) services. We are a purpose driven business, which spun out of our sister environmental science company Cesar Australia. As the name suggests, eDNA is at the heart of what we do. We help government, not-for-profit and private organisations detect species and map biodiversity using eDNA methods. It’s a technology that is opening the door to unprecedented wildlife detection data. We are in the early stages of the company’s growth, busy with market development, product/service development and R&D type activities to bring highly valuable solutions to governments and industry. Ultimately, we aim to enable improved outcomes in important areas such as biosecurity and conservation.
ROLE MISSION
Foster the adoption of eDNA to industry by growing our client base and projects, and ensuring exceptionally happy clients along the way.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ROLE OUTCOMES
1. More organisations using and getting value from eDNA data and services
2. Increased number of eDNA projects and impactful projects underway
3. Exceptional client experience
