Two part time (0.8FTE) positions available in different locations:
* South East Regional Centre for Urban Landcare (SERCUL) in Beckenham, WA
* Ellen Brockman Integrated Catchment Group (EBICG), housed at the Chittering Landcare Centre in Muchea, WA.

EBICG and SERCUL are seeking two highly motivated people with experience in WA Natural Resource Management projects especially linked to the development and implementation of waterway restoration projects and community based landcare activities.

The Community Rivercare Officers will work with community groups to develop and implement onground restoration projects in waterways through a community grants process and will also each be responsible for the development and implementation of two Iconic projects within the Swan Canning Catchment. These positions will work in collaboration with staff from the Rivers and Estuaries Branch of the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions.

The positions require well developed Natural Resource Management skills particularly in waterway restoration, a high level of experience in working and collaborating with community environment groups, local and state government and in writing grant applications. Experience in managing projects, working with contractors and administering and reporting on grants would be highly desirable.
