Anderson Environment & Planning – One of NSW’s Largest Ecological Consultancies

Anderson Environment & Planning (AEP) is seeking Expressions of Interest from exceptional executive leaders for a newly created dual CEO & CFO role, and/or applications for either role. This is a rare opportunity to shape the long‑term strategic direction of one of NSW’s largest and busiest ecological consultancies.

We are looking for a senior leader who brings a strong blend of operational oversight, financial strategy, and organisational transformation capability. Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, values‑driven consultancy environment and wants to be a key driver in our next phase of growth.

The role(s) will report to AEP Directors, and will play a pivotal role in formulating, managing, driving and delivering on the Company strategy to grow and improve our operations & market position, increase profitability and provide industry leading professional growth pathways and opportunities for our people.

While AEP’s organisation is currently led strategically and historically by a Managing Director and operationally by a General Manager, we are seeking this seasoned executive to allow the current MD and GM to be more hands on with the ecology work and focus their time on consolidating AEP’s reputation within the environmental consulting market.
