Please join the committee, other members and guests at the SA Division’s AGM, with a special presentation by our guest speaker, Guadalupe Cincunegui - Managing Director at Independent Heritage Consultants Pty Ltd.
Guadalupe is a founding partner of South Australian heritage firm Independent Heritage Consultants. She has worked for more than 25 years’ as a professional archaeologist on a broad range of research and development led projects across Australia, the Southern Levant and the United Arab Emirates. Guadalupe managed the archaeological excavations at Theberton Cottage, the former home of Colonel William Light recently uncovered under the West End Brewery in Adelaide. Guadalupe will discuss the archaeological dig at the former West End Brewery site, archaeology planning requirements and the preservation commitments for Colonel Light’s Theberton Cottage.
AGM information
The term of office of all currently elected officers of the EIANZ SA Division will expire at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. Nominations are called for any of the general Committee positions for the period 2025 to 2026.
Only current financial members are eligible to nominate for these positions. All nominations must be endorsed by two EIANZ Full Members or Fellows. Nominations can be made by completing a nomination form and forwarding it to the returning officer, Sarah Parton at sarah.parton@rhelm.com.au to arrive by no later 18 August 2025.
In the event of more than one nomination being received for any one position, a ballot will be held at the Annual General Meeting.
In the event that Full members or Fellow members are unable to attend the AGM they may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
The proxy form should be completed and emailed to sarah.parton@rhelm.com.au by 18 August 2025.
