Rules of Association and the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic) (‘the Act’), notice is given of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institute. This year the Annual General Meeting will be held via Zoom and will run off Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). To receive a link to access the Zoom webinar you will be required to register for this event.

Proxies

• Eligible members can appoint another voting member as their proxy to vote on any resolutions and speak on their behalf at the AGM
• The appointment of a proxy must be in writing using the accompanying AGM proxy form
• Please send your form appointing a proxy by email or post to the EIANZ Secretary at office@eianz.org or to Suite 3, 255 Whitehorse Road, Balwyn, VIC, 3103. If posting, your form must be received by the Secretary no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the commencement of the meeting. If emailing, you can submit your proxy form to the AGM Chairperson before or at the commencement of the meeting via office@eianz.org.
