ACT | ACT Division 2025 AGM

It's that time of the year again!

All EIANZ ACT Division members are invited to the 2025 ACT Divisional Committee Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 20 August in Room 0.25 on the Ground Floor of Access Canberra, 480 Northbourne Avenue, Dickson and online via Zoom for those unable to make the event in-person. The AGM will begin at 8:30am for a 10.00am finish.

As always the committee warmly invites interest from our ACT members to become members of the ACT Divisional Committee. The opportunity exists to contribute your ideas and energy to guide the Division’s activities and focus over the next year. ACT Division members interested in contributing are strongly encouraged to nominate using the form provided below.

Only current financial members are eligible to nominate for these positions. All nominations must be endorsed by two EIANZ Full Members or Fellows. Nominations can be made by completing a nomination form and forwarding it to the returning officer on the below form or be presented at the commencement of the meeting. In the event of more than one nomination being received for any one position, a ballot will be held at the Annual General Meeting.

In the event that Full members or Fellow members are unable to attend the AGM they may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. The proxy form should be completed on the form below and emailed to the returning officer or presented at the commencement of the meeting.
