About the role
Join our Planning and Assessment team as a Senior Planning Officer or Senior Environmental Assessment Officer and help us plan and deliver homes, jobs, major projects, new infrastructure and a healthy environment.
It's a truly exciting time to join the Department. We're backing the state's post-pandemic recovery with world-class reforms and initiatives to keep people in jobs, the economy moving and build a public space legacy for generations to come.
In the last five months alone we have accelerated the determination of 90 projects, creating opportunities for up to 50,000 jobs, $25 billion of investment, 25,000 homes and 400 hectares of open space, parks and land for environmental conservation.
