Ecoscape is seeking a Senior Botanist with three or more years’ similar consulting experience to join our growing and supportive team. This role will provide botanical expertise to a diverse range of Western Australia clients across mining, government, infrastructure and energy.

Our new Senior Botanist will be personable, self-motivated, and adaptable – someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative group of zoologists, botanists, ecologists and senior technical leaders, and who values working with our Directors, Principals and clients.

We’re looking for someone that not only delivers excellent survey work by leading field teams, but who genuinely enjoys the broader project lifecycle —developing fee proposals for new projects, client liaison, technical report writing and review, project management, mentoring junior staff and collaborating with other teams and regulatory authorities. This role suits someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality field work safely, shaping project outcomes, and actively participating in the growth of both the team and the organisation.

If you enjoy combining technical botany with project leadership, team development, and meaningful organisational contribution, we’d love to welcome you to Ecoscape.
