About the role:

We are seeking a graduate or early career Environmental Consultant with a desire to develop skills delivering a wide variety of environmental assessment and management projects.

You will operate as part of our Environmental Assessment and Management team helping deliver projects across a range of sectors including infrastructure, Defence, resources, government, and renewables. The role may also have opportunities to support on occasion other work areas within our business, providing great exposure to a range of different facets of environmental consulting to broaden your experience. You will be provided with mentoring and support to assist you to grow your skills.  

 

About you:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Environmental Scientist, Planner or Consultant who is early in their career or a recent graduate and is looking to develop their project management and technical skills in delivering a range of environmental consulting projects. You will have:

  • A degree/post graduate qualification in environmental science, planning or related discipline
  • Either be a strong and motivated recent graduate or have 1-2 years of experience in an environmental field
  • Willingness to undertake a range of technical work based on project requirements
  • Interest and aptitude in working across multiple disciplines
  • A strong appetite to learn, grow from feedback and help other members of the team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive team and client relationships
  • Organised, motivated and self-directed
  • Some demonstrated knowledge of WA and/or Commonwealth planning and environmental legislation is desirable.
