In keeping with our future ready commitment, the Sustainability and Climate Change team is currently supporting a growing number and variety of clients to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions footprint and build their resilience to the effects of a changing climate.

This is an opportunity for an outstanding individual to play a key role in further growing and strengthening this critical service offering.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide expert climate change risk and resilience of consulting to clients
  • Work with other WSP teams to deliver climate change and resilience input to major projects
  • Be our focal point for climate change risk and resilience services 
  • Draw on your existing networks to drive the growth of our climate change and resilience offering 
  • Contribute to the development of the business unit against strategic goals
  • Contribute to the professional growth of our growing team of climate change and resilience professionals

What we’ll love about you:

  • Degree qualified professional 
  • Have a strong understanding of climate change; risk and resilience thinking. A good understanding of climate change mitigation is also preferable 
  • A strategic thinker who can balance technical rigour with a view of the bigger picture
  • Have existing relationships with government and corporate clients
  • Be confident in business development and client consultation
  • Have outstanding written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
  • Be passionate about working within a team and supporting the growth of those around you
