Once the excitement of a new mentoring match settles, the opportunity for deeper, more purposeful work emerges. Progress and Purpose in Your Mentoring Partnership invites mentors and mentees to pause, reflect, and refocus on what makes their partnership meaningful. Through this interactive online seminar, participants will explore strategies to strengthen connection, clarify purpose, and move forward with renewed intention, ensuring their mentoring relationship continues to grow and deliver lasting impact.
Nicole Chambers | Career and Leadership Development | Mentoring Program Design and Facilitation
Nicole is a career development leader and mentoring strategist working at the intersection of higher education, leadership development, and wellbeing. Her work focuses on the power of mentoring to expand opportunity, strengthen belonging, and support people to navigate meaningful and sustainable careers. Across her roles in higher education and private practice, she designs mentoring and career development initiatives that connect people, unlock potential, and translate insight into action.
She is particularly interested in how mentoring can shape leadership, career identity, and organisational culture. Her approach is holistic, placing career wellbeing and fulfillment at the centre of career development. Drawing on insights from mindfulness, yoga philosophy, and positive psychology, she supports individuals and organisations to move beyond burnout, clarify what matters, and build careers that align with their values and strengths. She is passionate about advancing mentoring as a powerful practice for personal transformation, leadership development, and thriving workplaces.
