Curious about mentoring or looking to take the next step in your professional journey?
Sign up to our free information session on the EIANZ Victorian Division Mentoring Program to learn how mentoring can support your growth, connection and confidence as an environmental professional.
This session will provide an overview of the Mentoring Program, which is running from April to September 2026, and what participants can expect along the way.
Whether you’re considering becoming a mentor, looking for guidance as a mentee, or simply want to understand how the program works, this session is the perfect starting point.
The webinar will be co-facilitated by Nicole Chambers, a career development consultant and mentoring strategist who brings deep, experience in designing, leading and evolving high‑impact mentoring programs.
Drawing on research, practice and real‑world mentoring partnerships, Nicole will explore what truly makes mentoring work. Participants will gain clarity on the distinction between coaching and mentoring, understand the value mentoring creates for both mentors and mentees, and learn research-backed, practical tips to maximise the value of mentoring.
*This session is not mandatory to attend. You can still sign up and be involved with the mentoring program without attending the information session.

Nicole Chambers | Sacred Work Studio & Griffith University
I am a career development leader and mentoring strategist working at the intersection of higher education, leadership development, and wellbeing. My work focuses on the power of mentoring to expand opportunity, strengthen belonging, and support people to navigate meaningful and sustainable careers.
Across my roles in higher education and private practice, I design mentoring and career development initiatives that connect people, unlock potential, and translate insight into action. I am particularly interested in how mentoring can shape leadership, career identity, and organisational culture.
My approach is holistic, placing career wellbeing and fulfillment at the centre of career development. Drawing on insights from mindfulness, yoga philosophy, and positive psychology, I support individuals and organisations to move beyond burnout, clarify what matters, and build careers that align with their values and strengths.
I am passionate about advancing mentoring as a powerful practice for personal transformation, leadership development, and thriving workplaces.
This event will run off Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) and will run for 1 hour.
