This session will be presented by Robyn Glindemann, Principal & Director, Lantegy Legal, and is for environmental professionals to understand the post-referral changes in the EP Act and implications for the advice/services they may provide. Topics covered will include: S45C proposal amendments & conditions; S41A(3) minor and preliminary work; S43A changes; S40AA changes; S45D (separation / consolidation MS); and s47D (withdrawal MS).
