Professional mentoring is a powerful tool for environmental professionals at any stage of their career. For students and early career professionals, the workplace can be a challenging environment to navigate and the right choices are not always clear. A positive mentoring partnership can promote confidence, instil ethics, inspire passion and stimulate career growth. For experienced professionals, being a mentor improves leaderships skills and instils confidence in their leadership ability. The responsibility of helping guide someone’s career and goals requires the mentor to teach, motivate and offer honest feedback in difficult conversations.
Register via the blue registration box below and complete the survey in the link below before Tuesday 28 February 2023.
The program is free for mentees who are EIANZ members and $50 for mentees who are not EIANZ members. Mentee/mentor pairing will be based on survey results.
