Professional mentoring is a powerful tool for environmental professionals at any stage of their career. A positive mentoring partnership can promote confidence, instil ethics, inspire passion and stimulate career growth. For experienced professionals, being a mentor improves leaderships skills and instils confidence in their leadership ability. The responsibility of helping guide someone’s career and goals requires the mentor to teach, motivate and offer honest feedback in difficult conversations.

It is FREE of charge for mentors to be part of this program.

Registration is a 2-part process

2. Complete the mentoring pairing survey here →

You need to complete both parts of the registration process on or before Monday 10 March 2025 to be considered for this program.

We will notify successful mentoring pairs by early March 2025. Priority may be given to EIANZ members during the matching process.
