About the event

With the recent passage of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act (EPBC) reforms, this webinar will examine the relevant aspects of the seven bills, highlight the key changes, and discuss the implications for environmental practitioners.

The reforms have had a long development period, with a five year gap since the Samuel Review. This webinar will also compare and contrast the reforms as agreed, compared to the Samuel review recommendations.

Delegates will be given a practical overview of the reforms from consultants at Umwelt, via a presentation and panel discussion, faclitated by Andrew Morision FEIANZ. Please join us to explore what the new legislation may mean for consultants and proponents, and what to expect in coming months.
