WABSI, established in 2016, is an independent institute focused on the delivery of high quality, relevant biodiversity knowledge that is readily accessible to industry, government and the broader community to enable better management of these unique resources.

Focused on collaborative arrangements across the government, academic and private sector, WABSI works to address critical knowledge gaps, delivery research efficiencies and deliver information in an accessible form to policy makers, land managers and other stakeholders.
