You are registering for the Victorian Division 2026 Mentoring program as a MENTEE.

Why mentoring?

Professional mentoring is a powerful tool for environmental professionals at any stage of their career. For students and early career professionals, the workplace can be a challenging environment to navigate and the right choices are not always clear. A positive mentoring partnership can promote confidence, instil ethics, inspire passion and stimulate career growth. For experienced professionals, being a mentor improves leaderships skills and instils confidence in their leadership ability.

The 2025 program

The Victorian Division's Mentoring Program will run from April to September 2026. There will be a variety of events held during the program, including:

  • An information session
  • Facilitated pairing of mentors and mentees
  • A mentoring program kick-off (Progress and purpose in your mentoring partnership)
  • A networking event
  • A final mentoring skills event to finish strong!
Cost

$50 EIANZ Student members
$95 for EIANZ members
$150 for non-members

How to participate?

Register here and complete the survey in the link below before 5:00pm on Wednesday 25 March 2026.

Mentee/mentor pairing will be based on survey results. If you have yet to complete the pairing survey please click on the teal box below.

What happens next?

You will be notified of your pairing in early April. If you are not successfully paired, mentees will receive a full refund. Should you have any questions or queries regarding the program please contact EIANZ Central Office on office@eianz.org
