Lunchtime seminar: Low emission low energy housing models for Canberra

Homes needing very low energy to operate and keep comfortable can provide healthy living, energy bill savings and help the ACT meet its target of no net greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. But many ACT houses are still glorified tents, leaking heat and using more energy than they need to.

What makes for a low or net zero energy house in Canberra? How can existing houses transition towards higher performance? What key policy changes could ensure that both new and old houses achieve zero net emissions by 2050?

View the flyer for more information.
