This day long workshop has been designed for environment professionals. It provides the foundations for leading yourself and your teams, as well as providing insights into system leadership.
The workshop is based on the three horizons of leadership mastery:
The workshop will equip you with practical and tactical advice on how to solve for your resilience and impact, your team’s performance, and system leadership across everything you do.
In this workshop Dr Kimberley Swords, a former Deputy Secretary at DCCEEW and McKinsey Associate Partner, will share practical tips and tricks, and help you practice so you are better in this safe and engaging face-to-face workshop.
The majority of the day will be spent in small group activities that gamefy the skills you are developing. To enable workshops to share a variety of opinions and conversations, each workshop is limited to no more than five employees from the same organisation. If you wish to host a workshop tailored to employees from a single organisation please reach out to us at events@eianz.org and we will work with yourself and Kimberley to find suitable dates.
Participation is limited to 25 participants per workshop to ensure everyone gets the attention they need and to enhance interaction. Numbers are strictly limited and this is likely to sell out, so make sure you register early!
