RMIT 2022 Environment and Sustainability Professionals Survey

Published 16 September 2022

(Reposted for those who have not yet completed the survey – if you have, thankyou.)

To compliment earlier surveys of Environment and Sustainability professionals, RMIT researchers Ian Thomas and Ascelin Gordon invite you to participate in the 2022 survey. Specifically, the data will be important for those seeking to understand the breadth of the profession across Australia, the opportunities offered, and actions that may assist future members of the profession.

To participate please go to https://rmit.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1BroOEsse5QvuXY

The survey mainly seeks multi-choice responses and takes 15 – 20 minutes to complete. Data you provide will be automatically compiled by Qualtics software, through which your anonymity will be ensured.

The survey will finish on Monday 3 October, 2022.

Data collected will be aggregated, so that no participant will be identifiable. Overall results will be disseminated, via reports and articles, and will contribute to the on-going research into professional competencies, especially those associated with sustainability roles across Australia. If you are interested, a summary report of the results may be requested via the survey.

The introduction on the survey site provides more information about its context, and a copy of the Plain Language Statement, associated with the survey ethics application, can be obtained by emailing ian.thomas@rmit.edu.au (please make the subject ‘2022 Professionals survey Plain Language Statement’).
