Patrick Pearlman has been Environmental Defender’s Office of Western Australia (EDOWA) Principal Solicitor since 1 February 2013 and previously held that role with EDO Northern Queensland for nearly 3 years. Since joining EDOWA, he has been junior counsel assisting to overturn approval of a $45 billion LNG development in the West Kimberley, instructing solicitor in efforts to block the State’s controversial shark control program, and advocate for other persons challenging mining and other development in state tribunals.
