Heritage Act review
Victoria's Minister for Planning has released a discussion paper as the first step in reviewing the 20-year-old Heritage Act. Public consultation on the review of the Heritage Act will occur between July and August 2015.
We acknowledge and value the rights and interests of Indigenous Peoples in the protection and management of environmental values through their involvement in decisions and processes, and the application of traditional Indigenous knowledge.
