He specialises in ESIA, regulatory approvals, and environmental due diligence across energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and resource sectors.

Willy brings a multicultural perspective and technical knowledge of international regulatory environments spanning Australia, FSM, PNG, Brazil, the United States, and the European Union. He previously worked with major consultancy companies (Jacobs, CH2M Hill, Worley) and led his own environmental consultancy in Brazil.
