Olivia Williamson specialises in town planning and environment law at HopgoodGanim Lawyers. In addition to extensive planning advisory and litigation experience, an integral part of her practice is advising clients on environmental management, approval and compliance issues including interactions with regulators and representation in environmental prosecution and enforcement proceedings. Olivia has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a Recommended – Leading Environment & Heritage Lawyer Queensland 2023-2025, Leading Planning & Development Lawyer Queensland 2024- 2025 and included in the lists of The Best Lawyers in Australia 2021-2026 editions for Planning and Environmental Law.
Olivia is a Fellow of the EIANZ and outside of her legal life, Olivia is active within a number of boards and organisations including The Women’s College Council, the Jane Austen Society of Australia and Justices of the Peace in the Community program.
