What’s on offer:

The role:
As a Biodiversity Team Lead you will manage a successful team of Ecologists and Biodiversity Consultants across NSW (Sydney, Newcastle and North Coast NSW). You will be integral to the team’s success and seen as a true advisor and thought partner of the business. This could be an excellent career opportunity for a Biodiversity savvy leader looking to broaden their skillset, manage significant projects, and be supported by industry leaders across eastern Australia.
This role is responsible for directing and managing operational activities, projects, resourcing, people management and overall strategy of operations. We are looking for candidates with knowledge and experience to plan and resource field work, direct in-house field teams, and implement business strategy.
