Do you have

• 15+ years planning experience in New Zealand and a background in consulting
• A proven aptitude for business development as well as an extensive professional network 
• Recognition as a trusted leader known for building, fostering and maintaining great teams and client relationships
• The ability to work alongside and/or coordinate others, encourage growth and inspire innovative thinking
• Expertise in the preparation of comprehensive and well-structured winning proposals, reports and tenders
• A resilient and adaptable attitude; see yourself as a can-do person with a calm and confident communication style

About the role

We think we have one of the best Planning teams in the country, and consequently, we’re also on the fast track to becoming one of the biggest. Therefore, we are seeking a savvy, experienced National Planning and Client Relationship Manager to take charge of our Planning team, drive further growth, ensure staff are mentored and to manage a process for retaining and developing existing and new client relationships.

We are looking for someone who is charismatic, can inspire and lead teams and is not afraid to get stuck in and juggle multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will work alongside our Directors and Principals to continue to build a strong team culture that attracts and retains good people, and work alongside team members to make sure that our planning advice is the best it can possibly be. We understand that finding the best people in the industry will help guide our company into the future, and subsequently, we are after a leader who also shares this vision. As it’s the people that make us who we are and set us apart from the competition.
