The Ardent Group - based in Brisbane - are developing some new exciting e-commerce products and are now seeking a creative and strategic thinker who can lead the charge in getting our products established in the market.

The new products we are completing are:

  • Green Ticket - an e-learning environmental awareness training product, developing a range of e-learning courses for workforces in the construction, mining, agriculture, power, and manufacturing industries
  • Px4 Software - a new innovative software engine for the management and administration of resource and land holding assets through both application processes and operational life cycles.


The Ardent Group is consultancy specialised in helping clients:

  • Secure resource (exploration and mining) assets and access to these assets
  • Obtain project permits and approvals
  • Undertake environmental studies, assessments, and plans.


The role is for an experienced marketing professional with a strong knowledge and understanding in the environmental management and approvals sector, and/or the construction, mining and educational sectors and the ability to sell products.

We're seeking a strong people-focused professional, who can initiate and articulate sound marketing opportunities, develop and present proposals (B2B), effectively engage with a variety of internal and external partners and parties, including industry associations.

Candidates are required to have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (either environmental, engineering, marketing, education)
  • 5+ years’ experience, in either the environmental, mining, construction or educational sectors
  • Experience in leading, managing and supporting staff
  • Strong sales experiences
  • Experience in business development, identifying and articulating business opportunities
  • Proven ability to develop, foster, and manage relationships with a range of companies and industry organisations
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through and ability to form partnerships and negotiate with peers and Senior Managers across the business.


We offer a base salary package + super + attractive-achievable commission structure with flexible working conditions, and the opportunity to develop a new business niche.
