THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $78,564 - $111,391 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience)
Time Fraction:  Full Time, 1.0 EFT.
Location: Waverley Campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Appointment to 31 December 2024.

We're seeking motivated individuals to prepare, assess, and deliver horticulture units from Certificate II to Diploma level. Your primary goal will be to ensure our students achieve optimal learning outcomes, while contributing to the innovative spirit of our Faculty of Hospitality, Environment, Lifestyle, and Business.

ABOUT YOU

Current industry knowledge directly relevant to the training and assessment being delivered, with a particular emphasis on current technology and industry practice.

Experience in implementing latest training and assessment strategies to meet student and course requirements.

Ability to work autonomously and/or coordinate work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.

Approved degree, diploma or certificate in a relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications.

Current licences necessary to practice or registration and/or membership of a relevant industry association if applicable.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications.
