Members: ‘Opt in’ and connect through our new member directory

Our website now features a public online directory of our members. View the directory here.

The directory is a new way for you to connect with other members, build your professional networks and publicly profile your expertise and commitment to ethical practice. It allows prospective employers or contractors to confirm the currency of your membership and for the public to see the diversity of our members and the areas of practice represented.

The directory allows people to search for members by name, membership type, location and area of practice. The directory only profiles current EIANZ members who have 'opted in'.

Your details are not automatically included in the directory. To enjoy the benefits of being part of the directory, you must update your membership details to ‘opt in’ and provide the details you would like displayed. Thank you to all members who have already opted in.

You have full control over the information that is publicly available about you in the directory. If you leave a field blank, your profile will be displayed without this information.

Full, Fellow and Honorary Life and Fellow members have the additional benefit of including a professional bio and contact phone number on their profile. The table below outlines the details included in the directory.

We want the directory to be of benefit to our members, prospective members and the public, so please take a minute to update your details today and 'opt in'. Follow the simple step by step instructions below.


How to update your details

  • Log in to the EIANZ website using your user name and password. (Your username is provided in most EIANZ emails. If you are unsure what your username is, please contact EIANZ Central Office via office@eianz.org)
  • Once logged in, select ‘My memberships’ from the top right hand log in menu.

  • Underneath the summary table of your membership, you will see a ‘Membership’ tab, and an ‘Update details’ tab. The ‘Membership’ tab is currently selected. Click on ‘Update details’ to select this tab.

  • When you’ve selected the ‘Update details’ tab, you will be able to edit the details recorded for your membership. Review the details recorded, amending as necessary.

  • Keep scrolling down until you see the heading ‘Member directory’. Make sure you check the ‘Opt in’ box and then add the details you would like displayed.

  • Once you’ve added all the details, scroll to the bottom of the form and hit the ‘Submit’ button.

Your details will now be profiled in the member search directory. 

Follow this process any time you want to update your membership details. Membership details can also be updated upon renewal.
