Nick is an outstanding environmental lawyer and a significant contributor to environmental law and policy. He is held in very high regard within the legal profession (from the judiciary to young lawyers), as well as all levels of government, industry and the broader environmental professional community.

His strong commitment to EIANZ for 15 years is demonstrated in his service on the NSW Committee for several years, his creation and convening of the well-respected EIANZ environmental expert witness course, and his hosting of, and presentations at, many EIANZ conferences and events.

Nick has a passion for sharing his expertise on a broad range of environmental issues.
This is demonstrated through his contributions to a wide range of initiatives in areas
such as sustainability, climate change, biodiversity conservation and strategic
planning, and his generosity with his time for other practitioners.
