In accordance with the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand Inc Rules of Association and the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic) (‘the Act’), notice is given of the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institute.

Limited hard copies of these documents will be available at the AGM at the Adelaide Convention Centre, City View Room 1, North Terrace, Adelaide on Tuesday 5 November 2019.

The Annual Report will be provided in the Institute Insider in lead up to the AGM

Proxies

• Eligible members can appoint another voting member as their proxy to vote on any resolutions and speak on their behalf at the AGM
• The appointment of a proxy must be in writing using the attached AGM proxy form
• The form appointing a proxy must be given to the Chair of the meeting before or at the commencement of the meeting.
• Any proxy sent by post needs to be received by no later than 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.

Your questions

There will be an opportunity at the AGM to ask the Board questions. If you are unable to attend please forward your questions to your proxy, or send them to the Secretary via office@eianz.org with the subject line "Question for the Board at the AGM".

Online registration is not required for the AGM.
