It is that time of year again - the ACT Division's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 21 August 2018 in the Forrest Room at University House, 1 Balmain Crescent, Acton from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. The evening will include annual reports followed by elections. Light refreshments will be provided.

A formal notice and further details will be sent out to ACT Division members soon.

Anyone who would like to consider joining the committee for the upcoming year can nominate either at the AGM or by sending a nomination form to the ACT secretary, Andrew Chalklen via andrew.chalklen@environment.gov.au

Proxy voting forms and enquiries should be forwarded to the secretary. These forms will be available shortly.
