EIANZ Victoria Division invites mentors and mentees to participate in the EIANZ Victoria Mentoring Program.

Have you benefited from the guidance of a senior environmental professional during your career? Now is your chance to return the favour!

EIANZ Victoria would like to help early career practitioners connect with professional mentors through a structured Mentoring Program, with guidance to help participants get the most out of their mentoring relationship.

This is a great opportunity for experienced environmental professionals to provide leadership and guidance to the next generation.

The format of the program will follow a similar structure to the already successful EIANZ NSW Mentoring Program. Mentees will be matched with mentors who have similar professional backgrounds and areas of interest. Once the mentor pairs have been established, we will hold a Mentoring Breakfast event to provide an opportunity for the pairs to meet and to participate in a short workshop on effective mentoring.

The Mentoring Breakfast will be held on Friday the 11 of December, from 7:30am to 9:00am at the AECOM offices at 8 Exhibition Street, Melbourne.

A committee member will be in touch with you following registration to request information which will allow us to match you with the most appropriate mentee.
