WA | Tailings and Waste Management Workshop

Back by popular demand, EIANZ’s WA Division is thrilled to announce another instalment of the Tailings and Waste Management Workshop.

Join us for this interactive workshop designed for environmental professionals eager to broaden their understanding and remain at the forefront of tailings management practices.

You will gain comprehensive insights into the environmental impacts, studies, assessments, and approvals associated with both the establishment of new tailings storage facilities and the expansion of existing ones. We will delve into the various environmental considerations that arise from such projects.

During the workshop, participants will be immersed in the critical aspects of sustainable mine practices, with a specific focus on tailings design and management. Discussions in the workshop will underscore the importance of thorough impact assessments and the necessary approvals to uphold responsible and sustainable practices.
