This event will be a two day in person event held in Adelaide on Monday 5 September and Tuesday 6 September 2022 in the Banksia Room of the Intercontinental Hotel, North Terrace, Adelaide.

It will focus on how the practice of IA has changed in light of local and world events in recent times, including the pressures of the COVID-19 pandemic, changes in the media, social and political contexts, the rise of social media and the ongoing threats of climate change and biodiversity decline.

The symposium will bring together practitioners, regulators and researchers to explore these critical issues and enable collaboration about how IA professionals can lead the conversation and appropriately respond to these emerging trends.

Period: 26 April 2024 to 10 May 2024
