About the role:
We are proud to partner with a specialist environmental and geotechnical consulting firm that has built up a strong reputation for excellence over the last 25 years. The organisation provides innovative and comprehensive solutions for large and small engineering projects within the Newcastle/Hunter region. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Principal Environmental Scientist/Engineer to join their cohesive team in a full-time permanent role.
It is essential that this person is a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) or a Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS).
This exciting opportunity would suit an industry leader with consulting experience and broad based technical skills related to contaminated sites management, remediation, and hydrogeology. The role will include project management, review and certification of environmental assessments, and client liaison on large projects. You will be a natural at developing new client relationships and be able to take the company into complimentary markets such as Risk Assessment and Ground Water Modelling.
