Monica Clare Recruitment is proud to partner with a global environmental consultancy firm that specialises in providing professional and technical services for bushfire planning and design, environmental planning and approvals, ecology, flora and fauna, land management and regeneration, land contamination and remediation, and spotter catcher services. Due to a strong pipeline of work and expected growth in the future, they are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their Land Management team based in Newcastle.
About the role:
You will lead and engage a diverse team of 10-20 people who provide bush regeneration and landscaping services for private industry and government authorities. Roughly half of your time will be based in the office focusing on safety procedures, and the other half will be out in the field and carrying out client-facing responsibilities. This is an opportunity to actively demonstrate your experience and capability in bush regeneration and also progress your professional development and leadership skills.
