Ecology and Heritage Partners Pty Ltd is a leading environmental consultancy specialising in ecological, bushfire, GIS and cultural heritage projects throughout Australia. We have offices in Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Sydney, and work with range of Government agencies and corporate clients.
Due to a sustained increase in workload, we are seeking to appoint motivated and enthusiastic individuals who wish to develop and contribute their experience and skills as botanical consultant’s to provide sustainable and innovative environmental solutions to complex development and environmental management projects. Multiple positions are available at mid and senior levels offering excellent opportunity for professional development in an established, but growing business. These positions are based in our Melbourne office, to service work primarily focused in the Victorian region, however intestate travel may be required from time to time. The available position’s require familiarity with Victoria's flora and ecosystems, a working understanding of Victoria's permitted clearing of native vegetation guidelines (Guidelines for the removal, destruction or lopping of native vegetation), and other legislative frameworks. The ability to communicate this information, both verbally and in technical reports will be a key consideration in the selection process. Skills in the design and management of detailed field investigations, and plant identification should reflect your experience and application level.

It is desirable that you be an associate or full member of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand to confirm that you abide by a Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
