About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Ecologist to join our team. Working under the direct and fulltime tutelage of Capital Ecology’s Principal Ecologist and Senior Ecologists, this role provides a rare opportunity for you to take your passion for biodiversity and develop the knowledge and skills to make this passion a challenging and rewarding career.
The role will involve a wide variety of flora and fauna surveys, vegetation mapping, and other terrestrial ecological surveys, GIS mapping, as well as drafting proposals and reports.
Based in Canberra, with our client base including government (all levels), infrastructure, urban development, renewable energy, and quarry and mining, you will work on many interesting and innovative biodiversity assessment and management projects across the Southern Tablelands of NSW and the ACT.
