This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading consultancy which provides ecological, heritage and environmental approval services throughout south-eastern Australia.
Working closely with our multi-disciplinary team of professionals, you will become an integral member of the ecology team in NSW, a key contributor to existing and future projects throughout NSW and a driver for the development of our ecological capabilities in the region.
Biosis has undertaken many ecological, heritage and environmental approval projects throughout south-eastern Australia and employs a highly experienced team that includes aquatic ecologists, archaeologists, botanists, zoologists, environmental planners and GIS operators. We have offices in Albury, Ballarat, Melbourne, Newcastle, Sydney, Wangaratta and Wollongong.
Biosis is seeking a field botanist with experience in field botany and the capacity to provide environmental advice and guidance to our clients. Your responsibilities will include participating in, conducting and managing projects and the production of technical reports. Additional duties will include survey design and implementation, proposal writing, sales and establishing a profile in the professional community as a Field Botanist.
