Environmental Scientist/Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who culturally aligns with our company values, and also offers a minimum of two to five years’ experience addressing a range of environmental, planning and compliance aspects of small to large infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of environmental approvals documentation.
• Preparation of environmental impact assessments.
• Preparation of environmental management plans.
• Undertaking field sampling and other field and desktop environmental baseline research.

In addition, applicants will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in environmental science, environmental planning, environmental engineering, or similar.
• Current unrestricted drivers licence. 
• Previous experience completing environmental impact assessments and environmental management plans.
• Previous experience analysing environmental data including, but not limited to, water, soil, air.
• Excellent report writing skills and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, quality and safety.
• A focus and commitment to deliver high quality and technically robust documents.
•  Ability to work under pressure to tight time frames and within budgets.
• Strong relationship building skills and a good team player.
• Willingness to travel and physical fitness to safely undertaken field work.
