Webinar | Stakeholder Engagement

Published 25th June 20 12:00 AM

EIANZ is pleased to invite you to an upcoming webinar on one of the most critical aspects of project management: stakeholder engagement.

This webinar will examine some of the more advanced elements of project stakeholder engagement as a vehicle to achieve overall project success.

After defining project success criteria, the session will then explore the two dimensions of project success, using the “logical framework model”, which encompasses the complementary elements of: (a) project management success, and (b) product success. Practical project examples will be used to illustrate the criteria by which successful project outcomes will be valuated and determined, and how these can be supported by stakeholder engagement.

The focus will then shift to online engagement tools to facilitate meetings, which will increase the likelihood of achieving overall project success. This will include crafting stakeholder meetings to maximise engagement and collaboration, and providing guidance on planning and apportioning tasks to attendees to maximise contributions and develop team cohesion.
