EIANZ Vic Division Members are invited to the 2018 Victorian Division AGM to be held at Beer DeLuxe Federation Square, beginning at 5:30pm concluding at 7:00pm. Prior to the AGM entertainment will be provided by Music for a Warming World, then we will conduct the AGM and then the band will play for another half an hour.

Music for a warming world is a not to be missed eco-meditation on our changing climate. With original music and stunning large screen visuals, Music for a Warming World tells a story that has moved audiences across Australia with science, politics, humour, insight and, ultimately, hope. www.musicforawarmingworld.org

The term of office of all currently elected officers of the EIANZ Victorian Division will expire at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. Nominations are called for any of the general Committee positions for the period 2018 to 2019.

• Treasurer
• Secretary
• General Committee Members

Only current financial members are eligible to nominate for these
positions. All nominations must be endorsed by two EIANZ Full Members or Fellows.

Nominations can be made by completing a nomination form and forwarding it to vic-events@eianz.org to arrive no later than COB on 21 August 2018 or be presented at the commencement of the meeting.

In the event of more than one nomination being received for any one position, a ballot will be held at the Annual General Meeting.

In the event that Full members or Fellow members are unable to attend the AGM they may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.

The proxy form should be completed and either emailed to vic-events@eianz.org by 4pm on 21 August 2018 or presented at the commencement of the meeting.
