The Victorian Division of EIANZ invites you to a briefing on the new Australia and New Zealand Guidelines for Freshwater and Marine Water Quality.

The new guidelines were released last year, and provide the first major update since the release of the ANZECC guidelines in 2000. The new guidelines introduce a Water Quality Management Framework to provide a systematic approach for assessment and management.

Speakers from EPA and AECOM will provide an overview of the new guidelines, how they differ from the previous ANZECC guidelines, when they should be used and how they should be applied.
